In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pak350" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the pak350 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services accessible through pak350.net.
• "Platform" — refers to the pak350 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and account management system.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with pak350 or who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the pak350 Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money PKR balances deposited by a Player and held within their pak350 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to credits issued by pak350 as part of a promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under pak350's gaming license obligations.
• "Gaming License" — refers to the international gaming license under which pak350 operates and which governs the Platform's regulatory obligations.

To register a pak350 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the date of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law and where use of pak350 would constitute a legal violation on your part.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the pak350 Platform under these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pak350 or any of its affiliated operating partners.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with your pak350 account.

By completing the registration process at pak350, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. You further warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. pak350 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any point during your use of the Platform.

Each player may register and maintain only one active account with pak350 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where pak350 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual concerned and to forfeit any balances held within them, including real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to verified legitimate gaming activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak350 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pak350 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify pak350 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pak350 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of source of funds. Accounts subject to such checks may have withdrawals suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. These checks are conducted in accordance with pak350's obligations under its international gaming license and applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.

• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• Accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in pak350's fee schedule.
• pak350 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access to your account for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes without prior notice.

pak350 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the chosen payment method operates in a different currency, in which case a conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pak350 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own charges which are outside pak350's control.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — Rs 100; bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan — Rs 500; SadaPay — Rs 200; USDT TRC20 — minimum equivalent of US$5. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — Rs 500; bank transfers — Rs 1,000; USDT TRC20 — minimum equivalent of US$10.

pak350 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the same name as the pak350 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against fraudulent withdrawal requests. pak350 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including proof of the source of funds where the withdrawal amount is substantial.

• Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing via a third party's JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• pak350 is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting caused by your payment provider or by network conditions beyond pak350's reasonable control.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, pak350 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited amounts.

pak350 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general bonus rules, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pak350 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on the player's country of registration, payment method, or account history.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the applicable promotion terms, unless that promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the games or bet types specified in the applicable promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• pak350 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not retroactively changing terms for bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or exploitation of technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and potentially account suspension.

All bets placed and games played on the pak350 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing bets. pak350 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game or betting rules.

pak350's sportsbook odds are set at pak350's sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily or permanently at pak350's discretion during live events. Bets already accepted prior to a suspension will be honoured provided the event concludes under normal conditions.

• bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the pak350 system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where specifically provided for under the applicable sport rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error in the sportsbook, pak350 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, even after the event has concluded. Players who are identified as having systematically targeted pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
• pak350's Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent testing laboratory governs all outcomes in casino games. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results or by bet size.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game and market are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change at pak350's discretion.
• In cricket and PSL betting, match abandonment, interruption, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application will be handled in accordance with pak350's Cricket Betting Rules, published separately on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak350 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using a pak350 account if you are under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with casino dealer personnel.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or from a payment method that you are not authorised to use.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak350 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting any aspect of your pak350 account or any promotional credits associated with it.

All content on the pak350 Platform — including but not limited to the pak350 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pak350 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content; reverse-engineering any software component of the Platform; or creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

pak350 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with pak350, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak350 implements industry-standard data security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform, access controls, and regular security auditing. However, no electronic data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and pak350 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

pak350 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with: payment processors and banking partners for transaction processing; identity verification services for KYC compliance; regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law; and gaming license compliance bodies as required under pak350's license obligations.

pak350 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a condition of our international gaming license, pak350 maintains and actively promotes the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pak350 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period chosen and cannot be reversed at the player's unilateral request during that period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your net win/loss position during your current session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak350's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their pak350 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

pak350 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss, whether or not foreseeable, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions beyond pak350's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak350's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak350 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pak350.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon termination, pak350 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player via the primary deposit method on file, subject to any KYC obligations and deduction of any amounts owed to pak350 under these Terms. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account termination in all circumstances.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting pak350's support team via live chat or by email at the address provided below. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which pak350 holds its international gaming license. The licensing jurisdiction's laws shall apply to the interpretation, validity, and enforcement of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pak350, players are encouraged in the first instance to contact pak350's customer support team via live chat or the support email address below. pak350 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pak350's internal complaints procedure, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pak350's gaming license authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from pak350's customer support team.
